Can we upgrade controller 3200 os version 6.1.3.2 to 6.4.4 directly?

    Hi, can we upgrade controller 3200 os version 6.1.3.2 to 6.4.4 directly? Currently we have 10 AP135 deployed, and want to add some AP225 to this controller. If we upgrade controller OS to 6.4.4, AP135 can still works fine or need to upgrade AP firmware? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

    You can go directly from AOS 6.1.x.x to 6.4.4 BUT before upgrading to AOS 6.4. your 3200 it needs a memory upgrade for AOS 6.2 and up

    My controller model is 3200-xm, there should be more memory. I will check the memory later. 

    Another question, if upgrade controller os to 6.4, how about the existing AP 135? need to upgrade firmware?

    The AP will automatically upgrade from the controller.

    So controller 3200-xm is able to upgrade to 6.4.4 without adding any memory, right?

    could you please advise the link to download OS6.4.4?  Thanks a lot

    hi, our 3200-xm controller memory info :

     Memory total: 760440, used: 362316, free:398124

     

    Is the memory enough to run OS 6.4.4? 

    Because the current version is 6.1.3.2 ,quite old, is it better to upgrade to 6.2.x. first, then upgrade again? or just directly upgrade to 6.4.4? 

    Please advise.
