Hi all, My company has a set of Aruba Wifi system (Aruba 3000 Controller + 4 Aruba 93 AP). On Monday, whole server room devices were down caused building power supply issue. Most of services had been resumed. But the wifi service has problem: I can access Controller thru Web UI and all AP are standby, every setting seems find. But guest/staff cannot join to wifi network. We tired connect thru smart mobile phone or notebook, all failed with "Cannot Join to...". Furthermore, I don't know why around 10 devices connected and working properly. Except the 10 devices, all other devices cannot access the wifi. Please help. Many thanks. Best regards cncheung from Hong Kong

Connect to the controller using the console.  Login, then enter enable mode.

Type "show log system 50" to see if you see anything.

Okay.  nothing is there about your clients.

    Do this:

    config t
    logging level debugging user
    show log user 100

It is not clear from that output what is happening.

Find a client that is having problems, and try to connect it.  Then, run the "show log user 100" command again, so we can possibly see what the issue is with that client.  Do you know what provides DHCP for those clients?

That message typically means "wrong preshared key" for those devices...  Was the preshared key changed at any time recently?

    Hi Joesph,

Good morning. We hadn't change any password recently. Anyway, I reset the password and clients can connect now. In fact, I still don't know why some devices can connect the wifi without problem. That's why I hadn't reset the password at first moment.

Many thanks for your help. Have a nice day!!

    Best regards
