I am having the same exact problem

Android Version 4.0.4, Droid Razr Maxx & Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet Android Version 4.0.3

Iphone works great.

I also wasn't able to find any configuration documentation including access list parameters for android devices on Aruba's website
