Captive Portal - Auth server timeout

    I try to authenticate throught the captive portal by using "LDAP server" setting. The captive portal come with the error message "Auth server timeout".

     

    I have try the diagnostics tool to test "AAA Test Server" with multiple account it was successfully authenticate. But when come to authenticate by using captive portal come out with the error message "Auth server timeout".

     

    Please advise

    What are all the settings for that LDAP server?

    Hi, LDAP server is running Windows Active Directory.

    That are the settings for that LDAP server on the Aruba Controller.

    Hi,

     

    LDAP IP address and is the Windows AD server IP address, because when i run diagnostice tool on Aruba controller it can authenticate successfully.

     

    Port is 389

    timeout is 30 second

     

    all other setting is default setting.

    Hi,

    Please check the output of " AAA query-user server-name user-name" and show AAA authentication-server server-name statistics
