I tried to login on our aruba networks with an android phone gives a "server not available" error page.

Device can get an ip from the network. I tried multiple browsers(native android browser, dolphin for android).

But when I try to modify the CP URL from "https" to "http", it works.

    The Certificate is thirdparty authorized.

    Using  laptop is  always OK.

    My Android version is v2.3.5

    AOS is 6.1.2.7

Does anyone meet the same problem before?

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks.

Hmm, that sounds like an OCSP or CRL problem. Do you have "Use HTTP for authentication" enabled on your Captive Portal profile? That is odd that it worked via http if that is not enabled.

    Steps I would try:

    1. Delete the SSID from the phone's memory and reboot the phone

    2. Check that you have added the correct net destination for the OCSP and CRL servers for your cert

Are there any cert errors at all when you use the laptop?
