Clarity not working

    Hi guys,

     

    When I click on the Clarity tab in the AirWave server the following appears:

    clarity.PNG

    Why do the three first points appear as NA/blank? In my Instant I have enabled all the four options in the Services > Clarity tab.

    Is this for an instant or Aruba controller?

    What is the version of IAP and Airwave? Opening a TAC case would also be helpful for further debug.

    Hi Vishnu,

     

    AirWave is 8.2.3.1 and Instant is 6.5.2.1. I have already submitted a case to TAC.
