Does anyone know if it is normal to have a Client on 20 MHz VHT, while the AP is on 40 MHz VHT?

I have a client on an isolated AP and SSID that is getting rediculous client retransmits like it can easily be well over 100% , it makes it so the network is basically useless. The SNR is 51 DB as the client is like 15 feet max from the AP and has direct line of sight.  Just trying to figure out why this has such a high retransmit rate.

    Thanks

What is the client? What type of encryption are you using on that SSID?

It's a Roku device, and the SSID is using wpa-2 Personal.

Is it on the 2.4ghz or 5ghz band?

I would use the commandline and is the "show AP association client-mac <clientac address>. It will provide more objective information than the GUI.
