Client cannot join to Wireless by MAC Authentication

    Hi 

    My Users cannot access to wireless with MAC Authentication.

    My Authentication Flow : 

    Aruba Controller > Windows Server (Mac database) >  Steel Belt Radius.

    I found a log of airwave is showing. I don't sure this issue occuring from Authentication server.

    PTK  Challenge fail: 

    Error AuthenError Authen

    How can i track this issue?

    What is the output of

    show auth-tracebuf | include <Mac address of a client>

    Hi,

     

    PTK is not related to mac-authentication. You are using pre-shared key right? Are you sure you put the right key/password on the device?
