    Good day

I have the following problem, many clients connect to a network through 802.1x authenticated, users are authenticated but after a while appear with no connection (random) and do a ipconfig it shows that lost its IP address by checking the log the error shown in the file.

I want to know what the possibilities might be, it should be noted that the environment is only one controller, 7210

    thank you

Make sure that your first firewall policy in that user role is "any any service dhcp permit"

What are the firewall policies on your user role?  Type "show rights <role>" on the commandline.
