    Greetings,

I am trying to configure the wired ports on an AP 205H. How is this accomplished in version 8? Does it have to be done CLI? How do you associate an AP Wired Port profile to an AP Group or AP? The documentation indicates you need to associate the AP Wired Port profile to a AAA profile? How is this done???

    Thanks!

You should be able to do this via GUI or CLI

For GUI you can go to
"Configuration > System > AP > AP Wired AP" and to configure the port for
either access or trunk then go here "Configuration > System > AP > Wired
AP" and then assign it under the AP Wired AP

Once you have configure it , you can go to the AP-Group and assign it
directly to the eth AP port

I'm also curious about this. In 8.x, it seems you can only configure 1 port profile that would apply to all ports. In 6.x there was a enet0,1,2,n profile section for each respective port.

Can you elaborate? When I configure each wired port profile, how do I specify which port it applies to?

Once you create the different Wired Ports you need , you can go to the
AP-Group > Profiles > AP and then assign it to the correct eth port.

Make sure that you have enabled Advanced View under your login profile
(right hand corner), otherwise you wont be able to see the Profiles option
