It doesn't have a channel or power next to it.  I would type "show log system 50" to see if there are any messages about that AP.

I would also type "show ap database" and see if the AP has any flags.

Lastly, I would type "show ap tech-support ap-name <name of ap>" to see if there is anything suspicious about that AP in the resulting logs.

    thank you for your reply.

    show log system 50

-there is no  log for this AP with this command.

show log all | include FEF-Idari-2
    Dec 14 07:27:51 sapd[809]: <311002> <WARN> |AP FEF-Idari-2@10.51.255.226 sapd| Rebooting: SAPD: Reboot requested by controller

    show ap database (no flag)

    show ap tech-support ap-name <name of ap>

with this command it takes a long time to get the report and i saw a lot of error messages like below.

    show ap arm client-match restriction-table ap-name "FEF-Idari-2"

Device did not respond, please make sure the AP IP is valid by issuing 'show ap bss-table'

show memory ap stm ap-name "FEF-Idari-2"

    Cannot retrieve memory usage

show memory ap sapd ap-name "FEF-Idari-2"

    Cannot retrieve memory usage

    show datapath user ap-name "FEF-Idari-2"

Cannot retrieve datapath info (AP needs to be active and reachable for this command to work)

    show datapath vlan ap-name "FEF-Idari-2"

Cannot retrieve datapath info (AP needs to be active and reachable for this command to work)

It almost seems like there is little to no connectivity to that AP, or there is a firewall blocking traffic to it.  I would try to ping the AP from the controller...

    #ping 10.51.255.226
    Press 'q' to abort.
Sending 5, 92-byte ICMP Echos to 10.51.255.226, timeout is 2 seconds:
