Hi, we have so many APs and controllers that we are containing some of our own equipment.

They don't come up has Rogue but their AP classification is INTERFERING and Mark to contain is YES.

Should I reclassify them as Neighbor or Valid ?

Does Mark to Contain mean we are actually containing the device?

I cannot much info on that all Security section ...

By default, IDS/IPS is not set to contain Rogues, just classify.  The document here:  https://community.arubanetworks.com/aruba/attachments/aruba/ControllerBasedWLANs/47/2/PDFRogueAPGuide.pdf will answer all of your questions in detail about rogue classification/containment.
