I have a backup controller that displays the following error during boot up...

    CPBoot 1.2.0.0 (build 20527)
    Built: 2009-01-20 at 18:55:40
    DRAM:  Operating at 533 MHz
    DRAM:  Channel 0: 1024 MB

Unable to locate a working CMD and/or SLV_CMD strobe configuration for this channel.

The controller lost power before this problem started, does this mean the memory is fried or is there something I can do to get past this point?

    Thanks

Certainly not user serviceable.  Please call support.

    I encounter the same error.

But fixed by swapping the RAM to each other slot

    Yesterday,

    I got boot error.

My problem is slot0 suddenly defective.

    My RAM are 512KB x 2

Everytime I put RAM on slot0, boot error happen.

If I only put on slot1, it will boot but stuck on uncompressing image.

I suspect that because not enough RAM

So I bought 1GB DDR2 PC RAM and put into slot1 (leave slot0 empty)

    Now my 3400 working again
