Controller GUI not working

    Dear team

     

    we have upgraded aruba controller IOS image from 6.1 to 6.4 and now we are not able to login to the controller with GUI interface..

     

    kindly do the needfull as my network is down

    Can you even ping the controller?  Can you SSH into it?

    i am able to ping to the controller and able to accessto the controller with putty

    You should type "show ap active" to make sure you access points are up on the commandline.

     

    You should clear your browser cache.  6.1 yto 6.4 is a major upgrade.  Did you look at the upgrade instructions in the release notes to see if this was possible?

    i dont think so its web browser problem, i tried in 3 laptops same issue.

    What is the output of the show port status command?. Check that the ports are trusted.

    Are your access points up?  If not, please open a TAC case.
