    Hi All,

We are seeing some weird issue at a customer place.

1st day all of a sudden around 12:30 pm controller uplink switch stopped processing traffic and after 1 hour it automatically started working. So for testing 2nd day they connected the controller to their core switch and same thing happen to the core switch also. During the same time window (12:30 PM - 1:00 PM) . Tomorrow going to the site.

Any tips or suggestion for t-shoot ?

    Controller : 3400

    Os: 6.4.3.7

    No ACL on interface.

    No time range policy.

You need to get the controller logs during or right after the outage to get a clue what could be happening.

Anything in particular, I should be looking in the logs?

There are many, many reasons for outages and they are not limited to the Aruba controller.  As a start, I would look in the system log to see if any of the access points are bootstrapping.
