On a 600 (M3) controller running 6.3.1.6 I need to disable the DHCP pools so that an external DHCP server can provide addresses. I seem to be having an issue with clients picking up addresses when i issue the "no service DHCP" command. Does this command disable the relay as well?

No.  The relay relies on the ip helper-address command which is separate from the "service dhcp" command.  The service dhcp command is to start and stop the internal dhcp server.

I recognise they are different commands and may not seem directly connected, but on Cisco they are connected. Turning off the DHCP service means no relaying will happen. I wanted to confirm that the are separate processes on Aruba devices.
