Dashboard AOS8 Mobility Controller

    Hello,

     

    I'm trying to monitor VIA user from my Mobility Controller Dashboard.

    When I click on Remote User I can see only one user connected but when I go to managed Licences, I see that 30/40 Licences are used. Why do I have a gap between these 2 informations?

    Also, when I monitor these connections on Airwave, I also see 30 users connected through VPN.

     

    Does the MC Dashboard only show users who initiate traffic and not  users who have not logged out but remain inactive?

    What version of ArubaOS?

    On the MC Dashboard, I can see only 1 Remote Client:

    AOS 8.4 is end of life and has plenty bugs that are not going to be fixed as a result.  This could be one of them.

    I would open a TAC case and see if and when this issue was fixed in 8.5 or 8.6
