    Hi there,

     

    Since I've upgraded to 6.31.2 and Aiwave 7.7.9 I seem to have lost visibility of numbers of clients on the Airwave home screen dashboard. I'm guessing I should log a TAC case, but thought i'd check in here first to see if it was a known issue.

     

    I've attached two screenshots which illustrate this. Note the over-last-day graph indicating that the max clients are attached to 'unknown'.

    A TAC case would be the best thing.  I don't see it here on my version..

    A quick update on this (FYI),

    TAC suggested that there is an issue with AMON polling which was preventing these stats. *prefer* AMON has been switched to "no" in Airwave's AMP Setup menu, and this has successfully worked around the isseu.
