We have an issue at our customerss lociton in other country..

W ehad to downgrade to other firmware version. To do that we manually went into Instant VC, to downgrade..

We tried to delete them from the Group in Airwave, but it won't work. They are not deleted - how hard and often we try they won't go away.

We even reset the IAP to start all over - but even then Airwave showed the IAP VC with current clients and usage.. like it is a ghost or so.

So now after rese the IAP, and not set the Airwave IP adress, Airwave stil shows the IAP and connected clients. How come and HOW to hget this problem solved so we can add the IAP again to Airwave?

Try this on the commandline of the VC:

    config t

    no virtual-controller-key

    commit apply

When entering 'comming apply'it rerutns: parse error

IAP have been downgraded successfuly to 4.1.1.13 - and NOT conencted to Airwave (no AW IP in system settings setup).

n Airwave, how hard I try to DELETE the IAPs, it wont go away (see screenshot.

I rebooted AW already to see if that helps, but no luck.

You should open a TAC case.  It is not clear what is wrong.

Do you have a rule in activate or DHCP server to point those IAPs to AirWave

    Get Outlook for iOS

Nope, in IAP system settings, no AW IP anymore.

In DHCP as well no Airwave IP set.
