Different AOS versions on masters and centralized license management

We have APs 70  and APs 105 and soon APs 225.
We would like to consolidate all APS 70 on a controller and all other on a new controller.
The aim is:
  1. Put the old acess points  (APs 70) on a controller whose software version will not evolve and remain blocked in 6.3
  2. Put new access points (APs 225 and 105) on another controller that will continue to evolve ( 6.4, 7.0, ...  for example).
  3. Having a centralized licensing

This is summarized by the following diagram.

Is this possible?

Re: Different AOS versions on masters and centralized license management

Having a master-local relationship is only supported when they are all on the same version of code.  I would create a master that has AP70s and a Master that you intend to upgrade to 6.4 and keep them separate.  If you call TAC and you have problems, they will tell you to separate it.  The reason why is that master/local relationships that are dissimilar are not supported or tested, so please do not go down that path.
