I have setup for a customer some dynamic server selection rules based on 'match auth-string contains'.  This is working fine, however after a power outage, things stopped working and the corp device were falling through to the default server that resulted in putting them into the mobile-device role.

I am able to quickly recover by removing the rule, then putting it back in exactly the same, and the corp users are sent to the server they should be, and get the correct role.

This same issue was seen when we upgraded from 6.2 to 6.3.1.10.  Once again, the fix was the same.

Has anyone else seen this particular issue?

    Hardware - 3200XM

    AOS - 6.3.1.10

    Michael_Clarke,

Hopefully you have the logs.tar from when it was not working so that a case can be opened..
