Do you have enough ip addresses?  That error could occur if the AP has a duplicate ip address.

no duplicate ip address. before upgrade ap can join to controller, after upgrde  ap can't join and alert error log.

The error message only indicates that there is a communication problem between the AP and the controller.  It could be a range of things.  How many access points does that controller have?

Type "show log system 50" on the controller to see if there is a relevant message.

Trace the path between those access points and the controller and find out what could be causing congestion.  I saw that your access points are only on 10/100 ports.  If everything (including the controller) is on 10/100 ports, that might not be enough to sustain the bandwidth.  You might need a gigabit ethernet port.
