Hi Averyone,

I have a problem with ClearPass  6.6.8.100017 can't connect using social login. 

I'm created SSID for guest user allow Local and social login.

When guest user connect using local user got no error.

If guest user clicking on facebook social login button error message show require field unavailable.

Are you doing this after being redirected via the AP or just manually browsing to the page?

Please verify that the client MAC address is present in the URL parameters.

No, not that. Please look at the URL on the device that is being redirected. Is the MAC address present in that URL? (&mac=aa:bb:cc:11:22:33)

I'm having this same issue...sometimes.

The MAC address is there, but when I click the social login button I get the Required Field Unavailable error. At that point, the mac address is now gone from the URL.

If I click back in my browser and click one of the social login buttons again, it works fine.
