Wireless Access

I've been having trouble getting a new Foxconn NT-3500 with Atheros AR9285 chipset to work on my aruba network using 105AP. It's able to associate, but is very slow and have high packet loss.

Currently we're using the last driver from foxconn and i already test this barebone with another routers and work just fine without packet loss.

Has anyone else had similar trouble, any suggestions, driver versions that worked, etc.,?

What operating system,  and what driver date, and what encryption?

What operating system: windows 7 professional

and what driver date: 8.0.0.305 - 3/15/2012

and what encryption: open via captive portal

If you are running ArubaOS 6.1 and above, can you look at the dashboard and see if there is any interference on that access point in that area?

Is that wireless client sharing a VLAN with other devices, wired perhaps?

we are using arubaOS 6.1  and in the dashboard there are no interference in this particulary AP.

We are not sharing VLANs with wired devices because this is only a wireless infrastruture.

Are there other wireless devices, like access points, etc in the Area?  How many people are on the captive portal network simultaneously?

I'm having an issue with the same Atheros chipset (HP not Foxconn) on an instant solution.  I've tried multiple drivers, multiple encryption types.  The only that clears up the issue is changing to another wireless adpater, or connecting to another vendors AP.

Did you have any luck in resolving this?
