Hi,
Im having issue when registered guest disconnect from guest ssid within valid time, the password cannot use back and need to re-register back. We have set our expiration time to 24 hours.
Are you using ClearPass? What does the access tracker say?
Also when you check the guests user in CPPM/guest does it say expired?
