Guest SSID internet routing through local ADSL line.

    Hi,

     

    We have a Headoffice Branch office Scenario, and two ssids: corporate and guest. Head office and Branch are connected via Site to Site VPN.

     

    Corporate SSID internet traffic is through head office firewall and having a dedicated internet line for that.

    All Guest SSID internet should routed through " local ADSL" internet.

     

    Corporate SSID authentication from Head office Radius Server and Guest Authentication using Captive portal Controller. 

     

    Corporate SSID is getting ip from Head office DHCP server and 

     

    Guest SSID is getting ip from local ADSL Router.

     

    Head office is working fine , and routing through local ADSL is not working once the guest authenticates. 

    No virtual controller configured in branch and all accesspoints are in CAP mode.

     

    Requesting advice.

    To confirm the issue. Once the Guest User at the branch site has authenticated via the Captive Portal they are unable to route to the Internet via the local ADSL connection?

     

    What is the default gateway for the Guest at the local branch site, what is the forwarding mode of the Guest VAP and what is the assigned User Role of the Guest post authentication.

    본 구성에서의 서비스 모드가 변경되거나 네트웍 구성이 변경되어야 합니다.

     

    아루바 무선랜 솔루션에 브런치 오피스는 캠퍼스 혹은 리모트 구성에서 서비스 모드를 터널 혹은 브릿지 혹은 스플릿 터널 방식의 3개가 존재합니다.

     

    요구하는 구성방식에서 리모트 구성방식으로 구성해야 하지만 리모트 구성에서는 캡티브 포탈 서비스가 구성되지 않습니다.

     

    반대로 캠퍼스 구성에서 터널방식으로 구성을하면 본사와 같이 서비스를 할 수 있지만 네트워크 구성이 맞지 않습니다. 로컬의 네트워크 게이트웨이로 통신이 되지 않기 때문입니다.

     

    구성을 변경하거나 서비스를 변경 해야 합니다.
