    Hello,

I have an issue on an infrastructure guest with an Aruba Instant (version 6.4.4.8-4.2.4.9_61734).

We are well redirected to the guest portal managed by the ClearPass, but when we set our username and password, we are not authenticated but redirected again to the guest portal, as a loop ...

Do you know where we can find something that could help us troubleshooting ? We are starting with Aruba guest portal on a ClearPass so we don't really know where to start.

    Thank you.

Do you see any entries within CPPM Access Tracker for rejections? Is the Username and Password supplied accepted by CPPM?

Yes we see the user is well accepted, but we're redirected again to the guest portal... And then we set again the credentials, and we see a 2nd acceptation on the tracker, but we are still redirected to the guest portal. It looks like the Aruba instant is not redirecting the client after setting the credentials ...

Now we cannot see the trackers anymore...

Is your ClearPass server group defined in the captive portal profile?
