Hi

I have an HP Air Printer not getting IP address from RAP over L2L VPN? Other devices get IP addresses ok!

It works ok on the same VLAN and SSID from other sites not over VPN.

I am allowed any IP on the firewall ACL.

Is the printer connecting wired, or wireless to the RAP?

The printer is wireless on the sames SSID as other devices in the same room, it connects to the SSID but does not get an IP address?

It does work ok in non VPN L2L locations?

I am not blocking anything on the VPN firewall but does Bonjour use different ports?

Should I disable "drop broadcast and multicast" in the virtual AP profile? Although Airprint does work in non VPN sites?

Your printer should get a DHCP ip address.  Is your wireless network tunneled, split-tunneled or bridged on your RAP?

You can try setting the RAP MTU to 1100 in the AP system profile and see if that helps.  It could be that your site to site VPN necessitates reducing the MTU.

Yes the RAP is tunneled, through a VPN tunnel!

Other devices in the same location and SSID do get IP addresses?

However if i remove the printer to a different non VPN location on the same SSID it does get an IP?
