Handheld Cannot Connecting to AP207 Model

    Hi

    I got handheld Brand Intermec Model 1001CP01

    This's handheld can connected to AP 105, AP205, AP215, AP225.

    But we have ordered AP207 to installed in wharehouse, We're facing to problem is This's handheld cannot connecting to any SSID on AP Model 207 we have tried on 802.1x,PSK,or even Open SSID

     

    Logging is appear as below

    Do you have 802.11d/h enabled in the radio configuration of the Instant AP?  Try toggling it.

    I had provisioning an AP to the controller
    Controller 7210 version 6.5.1.4

    I had nothing change with default profile

    You should compare the two configs and see what is different.  The disassociation is being received from the client.

    I have upgraded from AP105 to AP207 and Has nothing change with configuration

    I think you should open a tac case so that they can track down your issue.
