    Hello,
    The Instant 114 AP with external antennas can work as omnidirectional in the band 2.4 Ghz and as directional in the band 5 Ghz.

    The elements are dual band and must cover the same area. One antenna is not 2.4 and the other is 5. All three antenna elements are 2.4 and 5.
