    The scenario is as follows:

Some new APs will be introduced (non-aruba) and I need to make them valid APs so they do not get recognized as Rogues.

    Campus Deployment

I have the MAC addresses but these APs have not been introduced to the network yet.

    Can I do this?

Can I them to the campus whitelist?

is there a CLI command I can run something like "wms ap <bssid> mode valid"???

EDIT: The same applies to specific client MAC

Can I do 'wms client <mac> mode valid" ??

What I ended up doing was the following:

    wms client <mac> mode valid

    and

    wms ap <bssid> mode valid

Whether it worked or not, I am not sure but I know for sure that it worked on an AP that was in the show wms ap list output.

I am assuming that once the AP gets detected wirelessly that it will be set to valid.
