When using mac authentication, the wireless client still can connected to AP even it didn't pass mac authentication.

Is there any way to automatic disconnect clients whe it failed the mac authenticaion?

    Thanks

Are you using encryption?  What kind of authentication are you using with mac auth?

    Is this controller-based, or instant?

Unfortunately no, since the user will always get dropped into the initial role. You could use an initial role that denies DHCP, but some devices will still stay associated.
