We are facing trouble latest (early availability) firmware on our IAP103's can not work with Airwave. They are on customers site. We want to downgrade IAP's to a firmware version that is supported byAirwave. How can we do that?

It seems (using port forwarding) using Instant Webgui access - maintenance tab - brwose to pegasus file on pc and click on upgrade - nothing seems to change. It keeps on latest firmware after the reboot.

    Any ideas?

Under Groups > (IAP GROUP) > Firmware

You need to enable "Allow Downgrade Of Devices:"

Minimum version of Instant for the IAP305 is 4.3.1.0

    4.2.4.9 will not work.
