6.3 and above support centralized licensing.
No downtime when you enable it.
You do not. Just enabled centralized licensing and you should be fine.
When trying to enabling it gives following meesage.
Note: This config will be used only if this box is a master/backup license serverMaster redundancy is configured. To configure License server redundancy, please disable the master redundancy
If that is a master controller you should be fine.

It started working as expected......However what happens if Active-Master goes down...Will Standby-Master will be serve all AP's under Master- Master Redundancy Scenario?
It should yes, assuming your LMS-IP is pointing at the Master VRRP and not the individual controller IPs.
The backup master will retain the licenses of its license server (the primary master) up to 30 days when that primary master/license server goes down.
