I'm not sure if this is Aruba Instant or Controller-based wireless. My setup here is I have Aruba Mobility Controller Model Aruba650 Version 6.3.1.2.

    Okay.

What method was used to create the captive portal, and what is the initial role ACL?

    Hi Colin,

Using iPhone we expereinced no popup and based in our researched we have to whitelist some of apple domains thats why we have apple cna ACL but when tested there is not popup happen.

Let me know if there is wrong or missing in my config.

    Thanks,

    Bien

Please create another Captive Portal using the WLAN wizard and see if that fixes your issue.  I don't know what your ACL is...

The apple destinations need to be unreachable for the CNA to pop up. Remove the Apple acl you added.

    Hi,

are you using HTTP or HTTPS?

When using HTTPS, the Apple Device will check the certificate of the Captive Portal.

When it is not valid, then it wont open the Captive Portal Assistant.
