    I am very new to Aruba Wireless and I am setting up a Wirless Test Lab.  I have the devices setup and AP Groups and Managed Device Group created for basic functioanlity; but, the next step is to setup the WLANs

    For our test environment we need to replicate what our current HP MSM760 setup and some of this SSIDs (in produciton) are hidden.

    My question is how may I hide the new test SSID?

    Will I need to create it first (broadcast on) it to the MD groups (pg. 30) and then hide it afterwards?  HO may I hide th etest SSIDs?

    I just wanted to verify if anything changed in verison 8.3.0.3?

    So is that correct?  I wil nee dto creat ethe SSID and then check the "Deny Broadcast Probes" option in the advanced settings in addition to the "Hide SSID" option?

    Nothing has changed.

    You will still need to do what you indicated above in the SSID profile.

    Make sure you go to the right hand side and then click on your login > Preferences > Click show advanced profiles

    Then go to System > Profiles > Wireless LAN > SSID > and enable

    * - Hide SSID:
    * - Deny_Broadcast Probes:

    Are you using a device that has that WLAN configured?  Remove the profile from the device and try again.
