    Hi,All
I want you to tell me.

    I use AP105 in AOS6.4.2.10 of Controller
It is in condition that VerUp does AOS and passed for approximately two months.

Now,AP105 cannot authenticate for all SSID at all suddenly occurs several times.
It occurs in plural AP and restores when I reboot.
    I may restore naturally.

I want to identify the cause of the obstacle, but want you to teach an ”effective command” to confirm it.
(I assume obstacles such as the lack of memory in AP105.)

I want to determine whether these Bug ID corresponds.
    BUGID:122542, 121740, 122374, 122539, 122914

    Regards

    Hi,Joseph

    Thank you for your reply.

This WLAN System used MAC Authentication.
Each PC's MAC-address Number are setting to RadiusServer.

It sometimes occurs in plural AP, but restores when I reboot.

I confirm that there is not the influence of the interference.

    ???

    Regards.

    What Radius server?

Are the request getting to the radius server?

Are you rebooting the controller or the AP to fix it?

Did you say sometimes it happens only on one AP and the other APs are working fine?

I would do a debug of the aaa process on the controlelr and a radius debug if you can on the radius server.

    ■Question1
Are the request getting to the radius server?
    ■Answer2
Because AP does not react, the certification demand does not arrive in RadiusServer.
RadiusServer uses a appliance server made in Japan

    ■Qusestion2
Are you rebooting the controller or the AP to fix it?
    ■Ansewer2
    The controller does not reboot.
When only AP reboots, the obstacle restores.

    ■Qusestion3
Did you say sometimes it happens only on one AP and the other APs are working fine?
    ■Answer3
Yes, the other APs are working fine.

I suspect that a state before the certification becomes busy.
Because other AP restores by reboot without influence, I suspect that AP is a problem.
This disorder occurs in random in plural AP.
(1-2 times of frequency for 1-2 months)
