I have an AP 215 that is connected to a 620 controller.  I also have two 115's and one 105 connected to this controller.  The problem is that the 215 AP seems to reboot every few hours; is there a compatibility issue with using the AP215 on a 620 controller?

    Has anyone else encountered this?

What version AOS are you running on the controller?
    The 215 requires AOS 6.4.2.x

    Can you verify the following:
    - Do you have enough licenses
    - No Layer 1 issues (Check patch cord) or PoE issues
    - run the show log system | include <AP Name or AP Mac> and see if theres an log related to the reboots
    - Console into the AP and see what's going

That is an access point crash.  I would get in contact with TAC to report it to see if it is fixed.  Your train of code is up to 6.4.2.14, so you could try to upgrade to that, but it is best that TAC gets the crash file to see if it is already fixed, or it is new.

Thanks, I opened a TAC case today.  I will try to remember to put the results of the case here.  (i.e. let everyone know if it's fixed in another AOS version).
