    When I access the controller via the GUI it's not self explanitory.

    I need to add the user to use the Guest SSid

    Any and all information will be greatly appreciated

    Will need way more information, are you using Instant or a Controller? Your Guest SSID, is it using some kind of captive portal? Are you using clearpass?
