We are going to install IAP-314 which has Four Antenna (ANT0,1,2 & 3), which will be connected to D100 4X4 OUTDOOR MIMO ANTENNA Part#Q8N50A.

    This Antena has four ports (-45 ,  +45 , V & H).

I would like to know is there a specific way that these Antenna ports from IAP 314 (ANT0,1,2 & 3) connect to particular ports on Outdoor Antenna box ports (-45 ,  +45 , V & H)?

Should not matter. For Beam forming or anything else the AP will measure the signal it sees on each connection, it does not matter which order they are plugged in.

Note, beamforming is not very effective when using directional antennas, just an FYI.
