    Hi there,

     

    we monitor one IAP that has regarding Airwave 1 potenital issue. We looked at it, and it reports very hijh Memory Utilization.

     

    See screenshot. How can this be solves, and or what precautions can we take?

     

    Currently it has 10 clients. Fixed clietns are in total 7, some guest users it can take up to 15-20 users at the same time. DHCP for fixed users is doen by router, Guest users get IP from IAP DHCP.

    What is the AP model and version of software it is running?

     

    In any case, that figure is nothing to be concerned about.  If you see it getting upwards of 85% then you should raise a TAC case.

    Hi there we are running IAP103

     

    Coup are running 4.1.3.0 - avg Memory Usage 91MB

    Couple are running 4.1.1.13 - avg Memory Usage 93MB

    I am also experiencing this issue and have the following:

     

    ArubaOS (MODEL: 205), Version 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.1

    13 IAPs in the environment

     

    High Memory Utilization (90%+ for over 2 weeks now)

     

    Show Tech gives me the following Memory utilization data:

    The master AP has between 3-8MB of Free Memory and all the other APs in the cluster have 30+MB free.  I've rebooted the master to see if that alleviates any utilization problems.

     

    I also noticed in the release notes for 6.5.1.0-4.3.1.2 that there's a datapath bug (154065) relating to the issue we're seeing.  Should we still be seeing the high memory utilization on the VC though?

    Yes, we are.  We have the visibility se to ALL.  What is the best practice with the IAP-205 for AppRF visibilty?

    Any Follow Up? We have 26 AP-207 showing High Memory in Central with 8.5.0.5 and 8.6.0.4
