The IAP-207 has a minimum instant version of 4.3.1.0 https://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/ds/DS_AP207Series.pdf
The IAP-205 has a minimum instant verson of 4.1.1.0 https://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/ds/DS_AP207Series.pdf
You would just need to make sure your iap-205 cluster is running a minimum of 4.3.1.0 then.

in my case, I have lots (30) of IAP 207 and need to get IAP 205 (2) integrated. I have to upgrade the IAP 205 first before virtual cluster recongnize them. I forgot the version number but it is the latest release available for IAP.
