Hi, we have 2 controllers and want to configure them as HA, now need to add AP software licenses. Which controller serial number should be bond to AP license? or need 2 set license keys? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

If you're using centralized licensing, just put them on the master and they
    will be shared.

    Hi,

You need to enable centralised licensing. You can add the licenses to either of them. Are you using the same controller model for master and local?

    Thanks both of you .

yes, use the same model controller, will configure them as active and standby (not master and local). where to enable the centralised licensing? and how to generate license key on aruba licensing portal (can use any one controller serial number) ?  Thanks

Licensing is the same process as any other controller. Use your license
certificate to generate a license key.

    Thanks for reply.

But now there are 2 controllers, if we have 20 APs, so now the aruba distributor will give us 2 sets certificate ID ? or just one certificate ID which is bond to one controller ?

You install the licenses on one controller and they're shared out through
    centralized licensing.
