Insight report AP-Group

    I have a customer running a report on ClearPass where sometimes the Ap-group column does not have an entry. Customer is testing with the same device sometimes the cell is populated and sometimes not. The AP-group always has an entry in the access tracker event (RADIUS request in the Input tab) as far as I can tell.

    Any ideas?
