Wireless Access

Hey all,

I installed a few access points for a client and now they can not print over wifi. They are still able to print when they have a wired connection. Temperarily I set up their old access point so that they can print but it is very inconvenient for them. Does anyone know any fixes to the problem?

Are these Instant APs?  Try disabling broadcast filtering on the SSID.

Do I need to change the SSID?

Yes, you would need to change broadcast filtering to none, if this is Aruba Instant.

I'm sorry but can you tell me where to go to turn off broadcast filtering. I've been trying to look for the place to change it but haven't been able to.

Is this an Instant, or Aruba Controller based deployment?

I got it to work after disabling broadcast filtering. Thank you for the help! To find broadcast filtering you click edit next to the network you want to print from in the gui.
