    Hi,


    Kindly assists me on this one.

     

    Our users are having some intermittent issues on the internet.

     

    Controller AOS is 6.4.2.4. AP is 135.

    Are you only seeing issues when users are trying to reach the Internet or are al seeing this when trying access local resources ?
    Do you broadcast/multicast enabled ?
    If you in the controller dashboard are you seeing a lot co-channel interference and noise ?

    Hi Victor,

     

    Only the internet using wireless is having an issue. The drop broadcast/multicast was enabled on the SSID. Interference is looking good at 0% and very little effect on other APs and the noise floor is in between -88 to -95.

     

    Do you have any troubleshooting steps to test the internet using wireless LAN? I did the speedtest using WLAN/LAN to test the internet bandwidth and it was fine as I could the expected results. However, there were some wireless clients who are still complaining for slowness.
