Invalid VRRP everytime but works

    Hello,

     

    Everytime I configure a VRRP instance on either the MM or MCs I always get a message at the bottom..

     

    WARNING! INVALID VRRP ID!

     

    I've used 1,5,10, etc.

     

    Everything works fine but was just curious if there is truly another reserved range I'm unaware of. 

     

    ASI for COA reserves = 220-255.

     

    I've used AOS 8.3.x and the latest 8.4.x.

    Where do you get this error?
    In the GUI or CLI?

    Is this VRRP configured at a cluster or the 'legacy' vrrp setup?

    SSH into your MM and type "show audit-trail".  Paste into here the commands that were run on the GUI to create the VRRP, and if there were any errors.  Also let us know what versoin of ArubaOS you are creating it on.

    This is a bug in the code, happend to me everytime I configure VRRP
