Iphone and IPAD intermitently disconnects with wireless

    We are facing issue with connectivty to wireless from IPAD and Iphone , those devices they continously disconnects with wireless , we are using WPA2 enterprise , I tried loading rootCA certificate locally on device but that does not help too.They get prompt for certficate from radius  server again and again.

     

    we use radius server for authentication

     

     

    Anyone aware of this issue.

    What are you using for radius server ?

    Microsoft radius server.

    Check the NPS logs on the radius server by searching for the MAC address of a client. The issue.
