Iphone captive portal issue

    Hi All, we are having issues saying " too many redirects"  with regards to captive portal with Apple devices only. Did try bypass apple  Captive portal Assistant on L3 authentication but no luck".

     

    No issues with Andriod devices for sure.

     

    Any suggestions

    Hi Bhanu,

     

    1. Are you using external CP or CP from the controller ?

    2.  if you enable "Use HTTP for authentication" in the captive portal profile as a test, does that helps by any chance.

    Sorry for late response . it was isolated issue with Safari browser as everything worked fine using Chrome.
