Is Aruba AP-303 (ver 8.3.0.0-8.3.0) able to run on Aruba3400 mobility controller (ver 6.4.3.7)

    Hi, may i know can Aruba AP-303 (ver 8.3.0.0-8.3.0) able to run on Aruba3400 mobility controller (ver 6.4.3.7).

    Is there any compatibility issue ?

    The AP303 needs 8.3 code and the max code supported by 3400 is 6.4.

     

    So there will be a compatibility issue it is not possible.

    Am i correct to say there will not be any compatibility issue.  And AP303 (8.3 code) and Aruba3400 mobility controller (6.4 code) can run together smoothly ?

    To be clear.

    You cannot bring up a AP 303 on a 3400 controller.

    You need a 7xxx or 72xx model for this AP to work as a controller based model.
